TRE® Sessions are a minimum of 90 minutes dependent on need and time availability.
Included in the session:

grounding and meditation

moving through the 7 exercises

facilitated vibration session

a short integrated rest and digest

ending with a gentle check-out as part of the body's integration
All sessions are facilitated with a trauma-informed approach, are strictly confidential, and are conducted with sensitivity and active listening to the stories held in the body. Ananda has experience in the power of non-verbal communication and is able to guide the participant toward a holistic approach to healing, meaningful change, and sustained transformation.

5-15 people
Group sessions are wonderful for creating connection to self and those you share the TRE experience with. Gently facilitated in a mindfully constructed safe environment amongst like-minded people with the intention to find grounding and co-regulation with others.
Group work encourages and supports community and interconnectedness.

Couples sessions are specifically designed and facilitated to create and/or deepen
connection or re-connection between partners who are looking to find co-regulation within the chaotic stresses of everyday living. Whether life partners, spouses, or significant intimate 'others', co-regulation encourages understanding, compassion, mutual support, and respect.

Is your child, teen, or adolescent having difficulty with aggression, attention, and sleep?
Just as a fever is an indication that the body is dealing with an infection, so these behaviors can indicate that the brain and body are responding to stress or threat and the nervous system has gone into survival mode to find safety.
Do you have any concerns that your child is being exposed to stress or is perceiving danger and experiencing fear as a result?
TRE® has proven to greatly reduce excess charge in the body so that it is able to find a sense of resilience in the face of the ups and downs of life and living. This in particular is a valuable tool for every 'body', and learning to use it at a young age will shift their responses to stressful situations at every stage still to come.
